RETURN ORDER

 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or if it does not fit, you can return the item for a full refund. Postage and fees are for your account.

To qualify for a refund:

1) the item must be undamaged, unwashed and unworn with all tags attached.

2) The item/s must be sent back and reach us, to our physical address strictly within 10 working days (nationally) and 20 working days (internationally) after you have received your package.

You can use a courier company of your choice. Please do not make use of the Post Office or PostNet.

4) Once we have received the package within the correct time frame of 10 days and in good condition we will refund accordingly. 

5) We will appreciate your careful consideration when purchasing a garment. 

6) Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on MADE TO ORDER items.

EXCHANGES:

You can exchange your purchase for another item or voucher within 30 days of delivery.

The item must be undamaged, unwashed and unworn with all tags attached.

Please email hello@redialle.com to arrange the exchange.

Please note that the exact same item might not be in stock due to our few-of-a-kind policy. If this should be the case, you can choose any other item or a gift voucher of the same value.

Unfortunately we cannot accept exchanges on MADE TO ORDER items.
